SPYDER is a fun little adventure game where you play as the little spy gadget spider, Agent 8.
Here is a presentation of some of the level art I was responsible for producing. I had ownership of this interior area of the environment and was responsible for the outsource management for assets made for this level.
We had to be very strict with the art creation; required to meet the higher standards of current apple devices, as well meet technical demands of devices as far back as iPhone 7.
A few assets and materials were global assets, made for use throughout multiple levels. Ownership of these was scattered through the environment team. Due to the broad variety of level settings, many assets and materials had to be unique for each level; careful reuse of textures was key to keeping costs down where possible.
